Entrainement : jouer avec les Bootleggers

L'entrainement de baseball se déroule durant la belle saison, sur le terrain de baseball d'Argancy. Le mercredi à partir de 17h30 et le samedi à partir de 14h30. En hiver Salle Périgueux de 17 à 19h.

	Les plans type d'entrainement :
	Entrainement veille de match : Echauffement : 30 min Routine défense : 30 min = 3 ateliers de 10 min 10 min outfield et infield séparé 10 min outfield et infield séparé 10 min ensemble Batting 1h : 4 ateliers de 15 min chacun par groupe de 2 ou 3 joueurs Récupération, etirement : 10 min. Entrainement classique : Echauffement = 30 min 3 situations de jeu (à définir en fonction des ojectifs de séance soit défense, soit batting): 60 min 1ère situation = 20 min 2ème situation = 20 min 3ème situation = 20 min Jeu de fin d'entrainement = 25 min Récupération, étirement = 10 min
